Μυλοχώρι - Μουρίκι - Βλάστη

Το σηματοδοτημένο μονοπάτι μπορεί να έχει ως αφετηρία οποιοδήποτε από τα δύο χωριά, έχοντας βέβαια υψηλότερες απαιτήσεις εάν κανείς ξεκινήσει από το Μηλοχώρι, λόγω του χαμηλού του υψομέτρου, το οποίο βρίσκεται κοντά στα 680 μέτρα.
