Νάματα - Μύριχος - Βλάστη

Πρόκειται για το παλιό ιστορικό μονοπάτι που ένωνε τα δύο χωριά, διασχίζοντας την άνω κοιλάδα του ποταμού Μύριχου και συνδέοντας τις περιοχές του Μουρικίου με αυτές του Σινιάτσικου. Είναι καλά σηματοδοτημένο και επισκέψιμο και προς τις δύο κατευθύνσεις.
